Terms and Conditions: Parties at The Mosman Art Gallery

For the health and safety of our staff, please advise us immediately if any member of the party or hosting venue tests positive for COVID in the 7 days leading up to the party and is required to self isolate. 

The host parent is required to remain in attendance throughout the party.

Guest numbers & names:

We will contact you 10 days prior to your party date for final numbers and guest names.

The $1200 Mosman Art Gallery package includes the cost of venue hire (room TBD by The CCC) and the first 20 children. Thereafter additional children are $40 each.

Hire costs for any other venue are NOT included in this package. 

Duration: The activity lasts 90 minutes. The room at The Art Gallery is booked for a short bump in and out period.


Please advise us ahead of the party if any children suffer from disabilities and who may require additional attention from our staff.


Please advise us ahead of the party if any children suffer from food allergies. We cannot accommodate all allergies but we can discuss options with you.  We accept no responsibility for allergic reactions either during or as a result of the party.

We can supply gluten free cupcakes however these must be pre-ordered one week prior to the party.

Damage to clothes or possessions:

The Classic Cupcake Co. accepts no responsibility for damage to clothes and / or other personal possessions during the course of the party.  Aprons are provided to all attendees.

Minimum Age:

Please advise us of any guests that are under 6 years of age.

Last Minute Guests:

We regret that we cannot accept additional guests on the day. All our baking is scheduled in advance of the party and we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any additional guests.

Food & Drink:

This party is NOT catered.

Pink lemonade and water is available throughout the party.

Time is allowed to serve up a birthday cake if one has been ordered (available through the CCC only). 

If a birthday cake has not been ordered then it is assumed that the children will eat one of their decorated cupcakes at cake time.

Arriving for the party:

We recommend that you ask your guests to arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time. We begin the class promptly according to the class time booked.


Any party decorations should be set up and removed by the customer. We advise that the venue hire as paid for by The CCC only allows for the 90minute party and a short bump in and bump out period.

Any time required beyond this to put up or remove decorations will need to be arranged with the venue and is at the customer's cost.

Table confetti and Pinatas are NOT permitted.
Party Bags: You are welcome to bring your own party bags, or they can be ordered through us when you complete your final payment

Staying for the party:

We require at least one adult to stay in attendance for the duration of the party. 

In Case of Illness:

CCC staff and instructors reserve the right to request that any child be removed from the party that they deem to be a health risk to the other participants or staff.

Bad Behaviour:

CCC staff and instructors reserve the right to request that any child be removed from the party whose behaviour they deem to be inappropriate and adversely affecting the experience of others.

Certificate of Completion:

Students will take away a signed, personalised Certificate of Completion. Please provide all guest names a week prior to your party.

Refunds and Changes:

Please note we do not offer any refunds for cancelled bookings. 

Due to the popularity of our classes and parties, we require 2 WEEKS notice to reschedule a party booking without further charge.  A re-booking fee of $150 therefore applies for changes made within 2 weeks of the original party date.

If your party needs to be postponed due to a confirmed case of COVID-19 in your group, we can move the date of your party but the $150 re-booking fee does still apply. 

If you wish to cancel your booking we cannot refund your $150 deposit but it can be transferred to $120 store credit ($150 minus a 20% admin fee).
