Our Kid’s Cupcake Decorating Holiday class are the perfect opportunity for individuals or groups of children who wish to create amazing treats to impress all their friends and family!

Cupcake class includes:

  • How to properly work with freshly baked cupcakes
  • Learn how to colour buttercream
  • Tips and tricks to help smaller hands fill piping bags
  • Different techniques of piping onto cupcakes using a variety of nozzles
  • Simple decorating techniques including sprinkles and CCC fondant shapes
  • Using silicone chocolate moulds and fondant cutters to create timeless embellishments (time and skill permitting)
  • Working with a variety of colours
  • A reusable box to take away
  • Certificate of Completion

7 – 15yrs (Parents can leave their young chefs for the duration of the class or may also attend this class for the Junior Chef price of $70). 

Unfortunately we are not able to accept Service NSW's Creative Kids Vouchers as baking classes are excluded from the programme.

Course Location
This class takes place at The Classic Cupcake Co Baking Academy (Shop 1 / 142 Spit Road, Mosman, NSW 2088).

Residential street parking is available all around our venue. There is also a small private car park right behind the building and a public car park on Stanton Road (off Northbound Spit Road). If you are travelling by public transport, catch the 144 bus to/from Chatswood, or the 172 & 173 to/from Wynyard.

Equipment
The course price includes all baking ingredients & materials, all sugarcraft tools, equipment, refreshments and, of course, your box of treats to take home.

Kitchen Attire & Code of Conduct
Junior Chefs are required to wear solid, comfortable shoes with closed toes. We advise not wearing warm and bulky clothing as it may get hot during the class. Due to health & safety regulations, all students are required to have hair neatly tied back at all times.
