Terms and Conditions: Cupcake Baking Parties at The Classic Cupcake Co Baking Academy

All parties are held at The Baking Academy, 1 / 142 Spit Road, Mosman, 2088.

Refunds and Changes:

Please note we do not offer any refunds for cancelled bookings.

Due to the popularity of our classes and parties, we require 2 WEEKS notice to reschedule a party booking without further charge.  A re-booking fee of $150 therefore applies for changes made within 2 weeks of the original party date.

If your party needs to be postponed due to a confirmed case of COVID-19 in your group, we can move the date of your party but the $150 re-booking fee does still apply.

If you wish to cancel your booking we cannot refund your $250 deposit but it can be transferred to $200 store credit ($250 minus a 20% admin fee).

We will contact you one week prior to your party date for final numbers and guest names. (Minimum booking 8, maximum 16 for Baking Parties)
